After graduating from Clemson University with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architecture, Scott landed in Sumter after short tenures in Atlanta and Greenville. After 16 years at a Sumter firm, Scott founded RS Bell Architects, LLC with the desire to pursue collaborative design projects on a personal scale. His goal is to provide thoughtful, creative, affordable, and sustainable architectural solutions.
Scott is a registered architect in the State of South Carolina and holds a National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB) Certificate. He enjoys serving his adopted home town on numerous levels. Scott has served as Chairperson of the Historic Design Review Committee, Chairperson of the Building Code Board of Appeals, a member of the Main Street Society and was a twenty year member of the St. Anne / St. Jude Building Committee.

Teresa received a degree in Interior Design from Bay Path College in Longmeadow, Massachusetts. She then found her way to South Carolina by way of Clemson University, where she received a degree in Marketing and Sociology. After a time in the corporate insurance industry, Teresa traded her commute to become the Office Manager and Interior Designer at RS Bell Architects.
Teresa’s detailed organizational office skills, excellent eye for all things color / texture / material bring success to all aspects of the office and all projects within the office. The successful coordination of changing times, changing tastes, and evolving products is her strength
